The prosecco Prosecco DOCG Spumante from the winery Vinicola Cide has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 88 Falstaff points.
Aroma of fresh, bright fruit, pear, ripe apple, a hint of nutmeg, some apricot. Fine, rather discreet mousse on the palate, well-integrated, lively acidity, pear and apple aromas dominate, with a light phenolic note, supple, well-judged sweetness, medium structure and length, a fun maker. Also goes well with afternoon cookies.
