On the nose: pear, ice candy and lime blossom. Also very ripe, savoury apricot. On the palate, the wine has a fairly firm, dry structure, a pithy acidity contrasts the powerful "southern" structure, the finish shows a layer of phenolics and has medium length. Drink with grilled fish.
