The red wine Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva, vintage 2012 from the winery Viticcio has been rated in 2016 by Othmar Kiem with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese from the region Chianti classico in Italy.
Tasting Notes
Rich, deep dark ruby with violet. Smells of violets, some elderberries, very rich. Dense and full-bodied on the palate, spreads out richly, lots of power, perhaps a little rustic, but still very impressive.
