Tasting Notes
Slightly chocolaty on the nose, with intense fruit of wild berry confit. On the palate with fine sweetness behind powerful, crumbly-grained tannins, creamy background, very dense in all components, insistently tactile-mineral, the granite can be tasted, great certain ageing potential, but also an alcohol content at the upper limit of the harmony window.
