The white wine Weissburgunder Südtirol DOC, vintage 2020 from the winery Wassererhof has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Weißburgunder from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Pale golden yellow with greenish reflections. Initially rather restrained on the nose, then notes of apple and lemon come through. There's a beautiful freshness and a slightly creamy texture on the palate, along with a delicately spiced note, with a harmonious finish.
