The white wine »Ambrosia« Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2016 from the winery Wein & Sekthaus Alois Kiefer has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter, Rainer Schäfer, Elena Scheer with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Strong yellow in colour. The nose shows ripe yellow fruit, pineapple, pear, and some beeswax. Powerful on the palate with good substance and density.. It's dry in expression and unaffected, but with a ripe acidity and nice spiciness that lingers on the palate for a long time.
