Golden to saffron yellow. The nose reveals delicate tertiary aromas, apple skin, dates, berry aromas and a hint of light blossom honey. The palate reveals a very fine mousse, a ripe acidity that blends seamlessly with the juicy structure, a delicate salinity, the finish aromas are "très Pinot" and crown an all-round successful sparkling wine for lovers of mature sparkling wines.
