Tasting Notes
Animalistic, rather wild aromas on the nose, as well as notes of violets, mint and rose hips, very unusual and multi-layered. Dry phenolics and grippy acidity on the palate, the taste is rather superficial and the finish is not too long.
More about the tastingOn the nose notes of raspberry, cherry and stone show, alongside some floral hints and a touch of mineral spice. There's also some mint stems and drying wood. The palate has a compact body with a core of sour cherry fruit and an echo of that herbal spice on the finish.
