The sekt »Ultra Pinot« Brut Nature, vintage 2015 from the winery Wein- und Sektgut Barth has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Strong yeasty notes, but also fruity and herbal-spicy components, apple, a hint of honey blossom. In the mouth, the wine has a powerful structure, but the mousse is delicate, the palate flows silky, ripe and round, with a pinch of phenolics in the finish.
