The white wine »Singularis« Riesling trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Wein- und Sektgut Barth has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Vanilla and mint on the nose, also balsamic vinegar and savoury herbs. Full-bodied and delicate on the palate. With intense flavour and noticeable viscosity due to the clear extract sweetness, the body of the Riesling is surprisingly fine with well-integrated acidity. Probably very interesting as a food pairing wine.
