Clear notes of spontaneous fermentation, herbal, spicy, hop blossom and malt, plus typical varietal flavours such as apple and pear, yellow plum. Not lightweight on the palate, powerfully built, full-bodied, also dense in extract, supporting acidity, good phenolics, dry and long. Lots of Silvaner.
