Initially, the wine shows a lot of yeast, but then very quickly also a lot of stone, then finally smoke and rose. On the palate there is a fine interplay of sweetness and acidity, accompanied by a dense texture and a vivid but not overpowering spiciness. The perfect wine for yellow curry.
