Tasting Notes
It has a dark ruby colour, with an opaque core, purple reflections, and a delicate ochre rim. There are aromas of tobacco, fine oak spice, black berry, along with discreet notes of cassis and liquorice, and fresh orange zest. It is juicy, with a fresh wild berry flavour, red berry nuances, fine tannins, subtle nutty undertones, a lively structure, and a salty minerality. It has good ageing potential.
