Tasting Notes
Bright green yellow with silver reflections. It has a multi-faceted bouquet with a delicately nutty underlay, white apple, a hint of nashi pears, fresh meadow herbs and a mineral note. On the palate finely-meshed, good fruit, nice stone fruit nuances, firm acidity, very precise, mineral salty touch on the finish with lemony nuances. It has a very good length with sure aging potential for many years.
