Tasting from 30.06.2025: Peter Moser

Pale golden yellow, silver reflections. Fine nuances of white nougat, a hint of apricot confit, delicate hints of apple, some meadow herbs, with candied mandarin zest and caramel in the background. Complex, white tropical fruit, creamy texture, finesse-rich acidity, prances on the tongue, lingers for a long time, a light-footed food wine with great length, sure and certain ageing potential.
