Tasting from 24.06.2024: Peter Moser

Pale golden yellow with silver reflections. Delicate white nougat, fresh apple fruit, a hint of mango and blossom honey, delicate herbal savouriness with lime zest underneath. Juicy, light-footed and subtle palate with white stone fruit, finesse-rich structure and a mineral-salty finish. Dances on the palate, a highly refined food wine with length and certain ageing potential.
