The red wine Assemblage, vintage 2015 from the winery Weinbaugenossenschaft Döttingen has been rated in 2021 by Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Regent, Cabernet Dorsa, Syrah, Pinot Noir from the region Lower Aare Valley in Switzerland.
Medium ruby colour. Ripe fruit on the nose with notes of plum, cherry and light berries, plus savoury, peppery nuances and a hint of dried fruit. Medium-bodied with a lovely fruity impression, restrained tannins and medium length. Beautiful acidity through to the finish.
