The red wine Carrascal Tinto, vintage 2010 from the winery Weinert has been rated in 2017 by Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Southern Mendoza in Argentina.
Yeasty aroma, some wood, a hint of garrigue. Soft, ripe-melted attack, beginning to mellow, medium-grained tannins, very subtle acidity, broad but not out of shape due to its substance, herbal-spicy-menthol finish aromas. More mineral support than ostentatious fruitiness.
