Dark ruby, purple reflections, subtle ochre rim. Tobacco, a touch of cassis, blackberry confit, a hint of plums, candied orange zest, light nougat, some mint, eucalyptus, inviting bouquet. Full-bodied and elegant, ripe cherries, ripe, firm tannins, lingers very well, has length and certain ageing potential, fine fruitiness, a delicate, savoury food wine.
