Delicately fragrant, dense and complex. Salty lemons, oyster shell, white grapefruit, white peach, menthol, lemon balm and subtle smoke. Finely nuanced on the palate, with vibrant ripe acidity and salty minerality, subtle citrus and stone fruit. Elegant, fine and good extract. Long mineral finish and lots of ageing potential.
