Light gold with reddish reflections. Menthol, black pepper, fresh Boskoop apple, the palate starts with a moment of viscosity, then develops fullness with subtle phenolics that create an impression of breadth rather than astringency. Becomes increasingly mineral in the glass, especially with spicy slate aromatic components.
