Tasting Notes
Floral, citrusy, peach, rock powder, iodine, crisp on the palate, almost strong current, still very compact, everything tightly interwoven, tight phenolics, very dense and gripping, also with supple motifs in the background, terpene tart and extract-supported finish, immensely full of certain ageing potential.
More about the tastingHints of hay flowers on the nose, also orange peel and white honey. Creamy and subtle on the palate, piquant acidity with plenty of grip, not fruit-driven and not a petrol tone in sight far and wide. Wonderful wine with a lot of depth and future!
