Tasting Notes
Almost a second wine from the Pechstein. Smoky aroma, tufa, flint, a little fruit. A tight construction, high concentration, well-integrated inherently strong acidity, compact, yet the first mineral spicy notes are on the finish, powerful, with alcohol completely countered by fruit. It is substantial with stable acidity.
