Tasting Notes
Ripe fruit, Mirabelle plums, some yeast. Also flint. On the palate very dense, powerful, homogeneous, has a lot of mineral extract, as well as weight, and simultaneously seems exciting, and gripping. Very young. Great extract, quite inconspicuously structured. Well-integrated alcohol.
More about the tastingShattered rock and apple, with balsamic undertones. Very rich in extract, it is densely packed with mineral phenolics, firm acidity, substantial volume, ample tension, some sweetness, and great length.
