A lot of freshness on the palate, medium-bodied, very mineral, fine, and with a pervasive minerality that is multilayered, very fine acidity, quite delicate and yet of immense firmness, lots of juice, finishing with full savouriness. Elegance, depth and texture, complete.
More about the tastingClear greenish yellow. Intense, concentrated fruit, very ripe and very dense, underlaid with cool mineral spice. Powerful and full-bodied on the palate, very compact, a successful conglomerate of concentrated fruit and multi-layered minerality, long-lasting, salty. Great development potential.
