Complex aroma: Plum, cranberry, cinnamon, balsamic savoury nuances. On the palate, lively acidity and an unpretentious rich extract, seemingly loosely tossed together, but with immense tannins, spicy fruit and savoury notes. Definite potential for further development.
More about the tastingSomewhat restrained nose with hints of undergrowth. Sweet fruit on the tip of the tongue, black mulberry, somewhat denser matter than the "Saphir", but an even longer wait for the optimal moment. A German heavyweight without a shadow of doubt.
