The red wine Infinity Grande Cuvée, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Albrecht Schwegler has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 96 Falstaff points.
Noble woods in the fragrance: gingerbread and cigar box, cinnamon. Then also fruity series: Wild plum, maraschino cherry. Cranberry. The palate is rich in content and at the same time relaxed, with a powerful amount of fine-grained tannin that is never astringent, with warmth and fullness without heaviness. Juiciness, acidity and tactile mineral notes already peek out from behind the dense texture and will lead to a rounding off of the highest elegance as the wine matures in the bottle. Outstanding length.
