Tasting Notes
Nuanced ripe aromas on the nose: grated apple, hazelnut, red pepper, cardamom, star anise and licorice. Lots of volume on the palate from a velour-like mousse, a layer of viscosity, and fruit character. The subtle tones are also preserved by the chiseled acidity, and an interplay between elegant minerality and the complex, matured savouriness on the finish.
