Tasting Notes
Ripe, fruity and complex: gooseberry and pink grapefruit, just a hint of wood. On the palate, emphatically full-bodied, powerful nerve, compact and extract-driven, closed with unexpected density. Very complete: has bite and freshness, but also a tendency towards full-bodied development at maturity. Very persistent aftertaste, although still predominantly youthful, yeasty and yellow-fruity (nectarine).
