Tasting Notes
Multi-layered, but discreet in all ways: pineapple, nectarine, orange confit, passion fruit, some yeast, herbs, balsamic notes, salt and liquorice. Viscous attack, a powerful extract is hidden in a voluminous softness, ripe acidity and nice juiciness on the finish. Very elaborate style.
