Tasting Notes
Infectious, sweeping aroma, herbal, spicy, smoky, rock flour, very mineral, also apple and pear. On the palate, a slender stature reveals a lot of tension, minerality and traction, also some tannin and a very vivid acidity, almost citric. Very individualistic, lean and vibrant and yet concentrated and focused.
