Tasting Notes
Brick red. Very spicy nose, sloe, sour cherry, minerality, some smoke, rock dust. Finely chiseled tannins on the palate, savouriness, cherry, clear acidity, sloe, complex and densely woven, completely tuned to elegance. Good structure, great length, filigree, with a firm core.
