Tasting Notes
Smoky notes on the nose, lime zest and bread crust, some apple peel and cider. Does not aim for concentration and substance, but shows liveliness, savoury notes, clear fruit and minerality in a firm structure, good concentration, rather reserved, has no need to show off.
More about the tastingFine woody aromas on the nose, herbal notes, also floral. Highly elegant on the palate, balanced, zesty acidity. For the 2018 vintage it is definitely a tight, but by no means lean example. An ideal wine for fine cuisine.
