The rosé »Rosé« Untertürkheim Gips Trollinger, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Aldinger has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Trollinger from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Medium golden yellow in colour. It becomes exciting within a complex, smoky aroma with proper gunpowder, behind which the fruit initially fades. Expressive also on the palate with a lot of verve and energy, dense and with fullness and substance, while effortlessly unfolding. Solid phenolics, with mineral watermark that gives the wine its signature. Finely saline and citrus in the long finish; a rarely reached dimension of the rosé category.
