The sekt Aldinger Brut Nature, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Aldinger has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Some yeast, oak, apple, Burgundy like red berry tones. Taut, palate filling acidity, dynamic mousse, unbelievably fresh acidity, despite the very dry balance, the wine has a homogeneous mid-palate, length, fullness and also drinking flow.
