Red cherry, some rosehip and blueberry with a hint of aronia berry in a slightly reductive and smoky ambience. Some black pepper too. The palate is lively with vital acidity and sour cherry, clearly on the fresh, punchy side, with finely meshed extract, crisp, and with fine-grained tannins. The wine is juicy and has characterising minerality. It is demanding and savoury, also pithy with the substance for further development.
