The natural wine »Haus Gupi El Fayoum« Gutedel trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut am Schlipf – Schneider has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Gutedel from the region Baden in Germany.
Cloudy, deep gold in the glass. Ripe Mirabelle cherries on the nose as well as hay, quince, some apple cider. Primarily yellow-fruited also in the mouth, quince, meadow herbs, noticeable but not coarse tannins, no residual sweetness, very lean, but aroma and grip occupy all the seats.
