Delicate yellow. Varietal bouquet with notes of ripe apples, mirabelles as well as floral aromas and fine herbal savouriness. Shows juicy grip on the attack, a ripe, animating acidity on the palate as well as a fine phenolics edging towards tartness, which provides for the finely-meshed structure.
