Delicate yellow. Varietal bouquet with notes of ripe apple, Mirabelle plum as well as floral aromas and fine herbal savouriness. Shows juicy grip on the attack, a ripe, animating acidity on the palate as well as a fine phenolics tartness, which provides for the close-meshed structure.
