The sekt »Blanc de Blancs« extra brut, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Andreas Diehl has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Aromas of ripe apricots, peach, fine yeast and also butter biscuits, tangerine peel, yellow lemon. Tight, compact structure on the palate, soft on the palate with a neat mousse, creamy fullness, the acidity is fresh and well woven in, a little sweetness rounds off.
