The white wine »Superior Maische« Grauer Burgunder trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Andreas Diehl has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Very attractive salmon orange in the glass. Phenolic on the nose, rose hip, oak terpenes, dried orange peel. On the palate, despite its powerful substance, it is solid, framed by the mash, but less slippery, courageous, demands work, a fireside wine.
