The rosé »Diehlicious« Syrah Rosé trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Andreas Diehl has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 88 - 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Syrah from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
A clear CO2 rim in the bottle, which ensures that the fermentation carbon dioxide still bubbles in the glass. Light salmon colour with a delicate yellow tinge. The aroma of dried herbs on the nose is lovely, which is certainly due to the grape variety. Hearty on the palate with a refreshing acidity that is also familiar from redcurrants, plus the aforementioned herbal savouriness. Long-lasting.
