Warm, ripe aromas of honeydew melon, cooked Mirabelle plum and orange on the nose. Fresh white mushroom, white pepper and roasted almond. Extract-sweet texture on the palate is picked up by a balanced interplay of fine acidity and saltiness. Dense, compact and elegant in fullness and power.
