Elderberry and blackberry jam with some spicy scents, followed by some blood orange, beetroot, smoke, mocha and a hint of chocolate tart. Well built on the palate with juice and fine spice, intense and with depth, flanked by ripe and grippy tannins. A pleasant varietal expression.
