Opens on the nose with some new wood and a ripe fruit of black cherry and olive tapenade. Powerful palate, ripe grainy tannin in medium-high quantity, sweet palate fruit, playful sweetness that fits the body well, some texture and some tactile minerality in the background, juicy on the finish and a very good, fruit-driven length.
