Clear honey yellow in colour. On the nose, aromas of dried fruit, apricot, peach and some candied lemon peel. Restrained acidity on the palate, creamy sweetness, aromas of honey, citrus and papaya. A rich Auslese, perfect with apple tart and vanilla ice cream.
