The red wine massive a. [rot], vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Artner has been rated in 2024 by Peter Moser with 97 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Syrah, Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch from the region Carnuntum in Austria.
Dark ruby with an opaque core, purple reflections and a delicate ochre rim. Nuances of nougat and vanilla, ripe red sweet cherry, delicate notes of liquorice, fruits of the forest and a hint of light caramel: an attractive bouquet. Complex, powerful, juicy palate with red berries and fine, ripe tannins. With a fresh structure and some minerality it is long-lasting and already gluggable. Good ageing potential.
