The red wine »Mocken« Spätburgunder trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Aufricht has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 - 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Earthy on the nose, mountain bay leaf, also wild blueberry, dark raspberry, Black Forest gateau. On the palate, the wine is really a "Mocken": a strong dose of firm tannin dominates the mid-palate, but nerve and juiciness refine and streamline the wine on the finish.
