The white wine Meersburg Pfattishag Sauvignon Blanc trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Aufricht has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 - 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Baden in Germany.
The aroma is still rather closed: notes of red bell pepper and chilli pepper, blackcurrant, but also spontaneous fermentation savouriness, yeast, cress, herbs. On the palate: cultivated phenolics, high density, salinity. Some wood rounds it off. Pointed!
