Yellow fruit aromas predominate on the nose, with tangerine, yellow apple, some apricot and pineapple, as well as elderflower and some blackcurrant. Rather broad on the palate with juice and texture, the balanced acidity conveys beautiful savouriness and yellow fruit aromas, also some lemongrass and salted lemon. Shows minerality, length and depth.
